Silent Films

After almost a year of writing for this website, I noticed that the number of silent film reviews has grown to a significant number such that I thought it was worth recognizing them with their own page. Although you can find them scattered throughout (in virtually every other category on) this site, it will now be simpler for those who prefer these earliest of films to find my story reviews. The plots of nearly every film listed below have been fully summarized!

If you are new to this "genre", and would like to see some of these films, many are available through Netflix. However, the vast majority of the silents listed below are shown on TCM's Silent Sunday Nights (Midnight ET) periodically.
